Incoterms and Delivery Options

We offer flexible international delivery options to meet your purchasing requirements, including EXW Casablanca, FOB Casablanca, and destination delivery under DAP or CIF terms, where applicable. Our quotations help you compare supplier offers, evaluate logistics costs, and select the most suitable shipping solution for your business.

Export Documentation

We provide the standard export documentation required for international shipments, including the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, certificate of analysis for each lot, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and INCI lists.

For customers importing into the European Union, we can supply relevant product information to support the documentation required by the Responsible Person for the applicable cosmetic product file. Additional certificates and documents can be arranged according to the regulatory and import requirements of the destination market.

International Shipping and Logistics

We coordinate international transportation to provide reliable shipping solutions for different order sizes and delivery destinations. Available options include:

• Sea freight: For palletized shipments and full-container loads.
• Air freight: For urgent orders and smaller quantities.
• Road transport: For deliveries within Morocco and to European destinations.

We work with established freight forwarders or coordinate shipments through your nominated logistics provider, depending on your preferred arrangements and commercial terms.

Order Processing and Lead Times

Products available in stock can generally be prepared for dispatch within a few days of order confirmation, subject to final quality checks and shipping arrangements. Manufacturing orders and private-label projects require additional preparation and production time.

Each quotation clearly indicates the estimated order lead time and expected transit time to your destination, helping you plan your purchasing, inventory, and supply chain requirements.

International Payment Terms

We accept international bank transfers in euros (EUR) and US dollars (USD). For first-time orders, our standard payment terms generally consist of a deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance payable before shipment.

Depending on order volume, transaction history, and the development of our business relationship, alternative payment arrangements may be considered by mutual agreement.
